What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Can I book just one night?
No. Under Osaka City ordinance, special-zone minpaku must be used for at least 3 days (2 nights). All 18 of our homes require a minimum of 2 nights.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Available at all 18 homes.
Can I drop off luggage before check-in?
Available at all 18 homes.
Is there an elevator?
6 of our 18 homes have one: Shirakaba NANAE, Shirakabanoyado KI NO NOKI, Shirakabanoyado ETTEI, Shirakabanoyado EBISU, Shirakabanoyado NANIWA, Shirakabanoyado NIPPONBASHI.
Do you provide a baby cot?
Available at 16 of our 18 homes. Not available at Shirakabanoyado HOUKA, Shirakabanoyado NIPPONBASHI.
Is parking available?
6 of our 18 homes have one: Shirakaba ROKUI, Shirakaba NANAE, Shirakabanoyado RYOGETSU, Shirakabanoyado AOARASHI, Shirakabanoyado HATSUMI, Shirakabanoyado HIKO.
Can I stay with a pet?
Pets are not permitted at any of our homes.
